I NEED TO KNOW ASAP what a Keq is and what the formula of it would be.

There is no such thing as "a" Keq except for a particular equation; i.e., almost all Keq values are not the same.

The keq is the product of the concentration of the products of a reaction divided by the product of the concentrations of the reactants, each raised to a power indicated by the coefficient in the balanced equation. If you digest all that it means this.
Take the reaction,
2H2(g) + O2(g) ==> 2H2O(g)

Keq for the reaction above is
(H2O)^2/(H2)^2(O2)
