Lack of nutrition and balanced meals. Meals on Wheels has greatly diminished since rising fuel costs two years ago.
lack of networks for social support in rural areas.

2. Social security (not enough of the young to pay tax to support the old pop.)
3. Lower workforce (less young people available to work)
The current health care system is unsubstainable thus the new health care reform is being initiated recently.
