You are to conduct a survey on the above population to gather information upon the indicated topic. For this assignment, you must:
1.Describe a muti-stage sampling technique that will allow you to sample 500 former patients of Toronto hospitals. These patients must have spent at least one night in the hospital.
2.Create a one -page questionnaire that will be filled out by your sample group.
