What aldehyde and primary alcohol might be oxidized to yield 4-methylcyclohexanoic acid?

I don't know how you name them but I think you could start with 4-methyl benzaldehyde (but make the ring cyclo instead of benzene) for the aldehyde or substitute CH2OH for the CHO for the alcohol.
