This is a quadratic equation problem I'm not sure how to start.

Suppose you are an events coordinator for a large performance heater. One of the hottese new Broadway musicals has just started to tour. Supply information about projected ticket sales. you provide a formula that models expected number of ticket sales for each day (x). (x=1 is the day tickets go on sale.)
Tickets=-0.2x^2 +12x +11
a. Does the graph open up or down? explain.
b. Describe what happens to ticket sales as time goes on.
c. Use quadradic equation to last day that tickets will be sold
d. Will tickets peak or be at a low in the middle of the sale? How do you know?
e. After how many days will the peak or lw occur?
f. How many tickets will be sold on the day of peak or low?
g. What is the point of vertex/ How does this number relate to parts e and f?
h. How many solutions are there to the equation and how do you know?
i. What do the solutions represent? Is there a solution that does not make sense? If so, in what way?

Use a graphing calculator, it would be super easier dude.
