Please submit your end-of-the year report by December 31 so we can include your accomplishments in our report the Corporate Office due January 21.Is it appropriate to give the report due date in this sentence?
a) No because the reader will not believe that the writer can produce a good report in only 20 days.
b) No,because it does not benefit the reader
c) Yes,because the deadline shows the time limit is justified
d) Yes,because the mention of due date builds emotional appeal
IS C RIGHT ANSWER?THANK YOU:)))
I don't get emotional about due dates. I think there's a better answer.
Why do you feel that your requirements have to be justified by you? I would go for b). The more information you give the reader, his misunderstanding goes up exponentially.posted by bobpursley
I'm sorry -- I misread the question. I agree that c is the best answer.
