What does -morph stand for in science terms?

Do you mean words ending in morph such as isomorph as you have headed this earth science?

Isomorph
A substance which is similar to another in crystalline form and composition.

Another example is:
pseudomorph
A pseudomorphous crystal, as a crystal consisting of quartz, but having the cubic form of fluor spar, the fluor crystal having been changed to quartz by a process of substitution.

Here morph is used for 'form'
