I don't think this is totally a homework question, but maybe someone can help.

I have to do a PowerPoint presentation soon and have to add speaker notes. Well I have PowerPoint 97....How can I add the speaker notes in that? I know how in 07 but I guess that don't help in this case seeing I no longer have that version....

Thanks!

To add speaker notes in PowerPoint 97, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation in PowerPoint 97.
2. Click on the "View" menu at the top and select "Normal" view, if you are not already in this view.
3. In the main window, you will see your slides. To the right of the slides, there is a smaller area called the "Notes pane."
4. If you don't see the Notes pane, you can go to the "View" menu again, click on "Notes Page," and the Notes pane should appear.
5. Click on the Notes pane and start typing your speaker notes. This is where you can add additional information, reminders, or cues for your presentation, which will only be visible to you during the presentation.
6. You can add speaker notes for each slide individually by clicking on the slide you want in the Slides pane on the left, and then typing in the Notes pane on the right.

Remember to save your presentation regularly as you work.

Please note that PowerPoint 97 is quite outdated, and there may be limitations or compatibility issues when using it with newer versions of PowerPoint. Consider upgrading to a newer version if possible for a better user experience and access to more features.
