  1. for the two in parallel
    1/10 + 1/10 = 2/10
    so Req = 5 Ohms
    add the 15 to get total R = 20 Ohms
    i = V/R = 120/20 = 6 amps total
    half of the current through each = 3 amps
    V = i R = 6*15 = 90 Volts
