Is hexane and ethylene chloride miscible? Why?

I am not sure which compound you are referring to as ethylene chloride, do you mean

CH2=CHCl

This is a polar compund as would be expected to be micsible with polar solvents. Thus I would expect it to be miscible in all proportions with other halogenated solvents, such as CHCl3.
I would expect it to have a high solubility in polar solvents such as ethanol, although may not be miscible in all proportions.
I would expect it to have a low solubility in non polar solvents such as hexane, similarly there would be a low solubility of hexane in the solvent. Thus over the majority of proportions the two are not miscible.
