Can anyone give me suggestions on how to respond to the following
Scenario 1: The trip scheduled to Mexico during spring break has been cancelled due to the bankruptcy of the bus company.
I must tell 25 classmates that the trip has been cancelled and that they have lost their 100.00 deposit. I need help on how to convey this information and still uphold their goodwill towards me.
