what's the differencces between the meaning of measurement and value of measurement in physics???

The meaning of measurement is a definition of whatever is being measured. I suggest you use a dictionary for that. The answer will depend upon what you are measuring (mass, current, velocity etc)

The value is the numbe you get when making the measurement.
