Please read this over and let me know if there are any corrections/improvements that I need to change/add..Thank you!

Your boss had asked you to set up a meeting with a client, Jocelyn Talbot, for next Wednesday at 2pm. He wants to meet at the King Charles Hotel on River Street and have a lunch meeting. He'll be taking along an assistant manger, Rory Webster, to share his ideas for the new project they're planning.
Using what you've learned about business emails and writing in general, write a message to Joceyln Talbot. Make up additional details as needed, but keep the message brief and to the point. Must be 6-10 sentences.

This is what I have so far....

Dear Jocelyn,

Mr. Smith has scheduled a lunch meeting with you on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 2:00pm. The meeting will take place at King Charles Hotel on River Street. Please meet him in the conference room, located on the main floor. Lunch will be provided by the hotel.

The assistant manager, Rory Webster, will be joining to discuss his ideas for the new project. Please bring all your materials and ideas with you.

If you have any questions or you will not be able to attend the meeting, you may contact me at (555)-555-5555 ext. 555.

All the best,

Is it appropriate to address the client by her first name?

Okay, so I will change it to Mrs. Talbot. Any other suggestions? Does the rest of it sound okay?

Not Mrs. Talbot unless you're sure that's the title she prefers. Use Ms. Talbot. Her marital status is of no concern of yours or your boss's.

Other than that, this is good.

Great! Thank you very much for your help. I appreciate it.
