f(x)=(1/5)^x=5^-x

I plugged in both into my caluculator but I only see one line, are they exactly the same?
and how do I find the asymptotes?

Yes, they are the same.

(1/5)^x= 1^x /5^x= 1/5^x= 5^-x
Asymptotes. When x is very large postive, then f(x) >> zero, right?
If x approaches negative, then f(x) >>very large .
So I see the x axis as an asymptote for x very large.
