I looked at the lists, which surely has taken quite an effort to do.
This list seems quite challenging, in the sense that it contains quite a few "pièges", or traps which will and should trip anyone learning French in the first or second year.
I will give a few corrections as a guide, to give you a chance to verify your work. You can complete the rest using a French-French dictionary (see below). Feel free to post for checking.
You are better off posting them one beside the other. It is easier to correct, and gives you a better mental image for memorizing.
Here are some corrections:
masc. sing., pl. fem.sing. fem.pl.
intelligent, -s, -e, -es.
(Means that intelligent is the root word, intelligents is masculine plural, intelligente is feminine singular, and finally intelligentes is feminine plural).

There is a certain rule about colours that originate from nouns. Colours that originate from nouns (marron, orange, etc.) are "invariable", i.e. they do not change with gender nor number.
"Des robes orange", "des maisons marron", etc. These are exceptions to this rule (i.e. colours that are nouns that vary).
Écarlate, mauve, pourpre, rose have become adjectives, and so are variable according to the gender and number.
Examples: des rubans mauves.

NOTE ON FRENCH-FRENCH DICTIONARIES:
Many of the words can be easily found in a French-French dictionary, which has the advantage of giving the adjective's feminine form, and noting the exceptions. The English-French translation dictionaries do not usually give this kind of detail, that is probably why you may be having some difficulty with adjectives. The difficulty is more finding the information than learning it.
If you do not have access to "Le dictionnaire le Robert", which I consider the excellent for its price. The paper version or software version cost about $50, available from most book-stores. If you prefer to use an on-line dictionary, there are probably many available, but one good one is the Le Littré, which is an authority on the subject. The software version cost about 100€ but an abridged version is available on-line for free.

Here if you look up adjectives (try "intelligent", you will find the masculine and feminine forms. You will have to figure out the plural forms, which are much easier.
