m+3 over 3m, divided by 6m over m+3
Would the solution be 1 over 18m? It doesn't seem right to me; I canceled out the two "m+3"'s before I changed the sign to multiplication and created a reciprocal of the second term..
(m+3)/(3m) ÷ (6m)/(m+3)
= (m+3)/(3m) x (m+3)/(6m)
= (m+3)^2/(18m^2)
