  1. Their times running would be the same
    Let the distance covered by the slower runner be x km
    then the distance of the other is 10-x km
    since time = distance/rate

    x/6 = (10-x)/10
    solve for x, then sub into x/6 for the time
    (I got 5/8 of an hour)
