how do i delete an email from another computer?

see i got an email from a friend about my sisters surprise birthday party and my sister has the same email but shes at college and i don't want her to see the email HELP ME PLEASE!

E-mails are personal accounts and you are not supposed to be able to delete other people's e-mail, just like if you sent a letter and put it in the mail box, you no longer have control of it anymore.

Your sister is the only person authorized to read it or delete it.

To delete an email from another computer, you typically have two options:

1. Access the email account remotely: Since you mentioned that your sister also has the same email, it's likely that you both are using a web-based email service such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Outlook. In that case, you can access the email account remotely by visiting the website of the email service provider. Here's how you can do it:

a. Open a web browser on the computer you want to use and go to the website of your email service provider.
b. Enter the login credentials for the email account you want to access (your sister's account).
c. Once you're logged in, navigate to the inbox and find the email you want to delete.
d. Open the email and look for an option like "Delete," "Trash," or "Move to Trash." Click on it to delete the email.

Please note that this method requires you to have your sister's login credentials, so use it only if you have her permission.

2. Use email client remote access: If you or your sister access your email accounts using an email client software like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, and you have access to that software on another computer, you can also use it to delete the email. Here's how:

a. Install and open the email client software (e.g., Outlook) on the computer you want to use.
b. Configure the email client to connect to your sister's email account using her login credentials and the necessary server settings. You may need to refer to the email service provider's documentation or contact their customer support for the correct configuration.
c. Once the email client is set up and connected to your sister's email account, find the email you want to delete in the inbox or any other relevant folder.
d. Right-click on the email and look for an option like "Delete," "Move to Trash," or "Remove." Click on it to delete the email.

Remember, it's important to respect privacy and obtain permission from your sister before accessing or deleting any emails from her account. Communication and consent are key in such situations.
