What does A.D. and B.C. stand for and what do they mean??

A.D. stands for the Latin words, Anno Domini, which means "In the year of Our Lord." A.D. years, starting with 1 A.D. count from the supposed date of Christ's birth.

B.C. stands for Before Christ and number the years before Christ's birth.

yes corrected, but know on is truly certain about the year Jesus was born, years back then were not as accurate as well as months.
