It depends on if you are considering significan digits. I don't know what you are doing.
If you are using significant digits, then the first is 3.9 and the second is 14
Without knowing what you are doing, yes, you are probably correct.
This seems like an innane assignment, those can easily be obtained by use of a calculator.
