I totally agree with the statement. Everyday people around the world is trying to make life better in some kind of way. I think showing these people new skills and ways they can benefit from it, people would be more excited to learn new things everyday. I think it would be better to show them how to get their own food rather than someone handing it to them. By teaching them now they develop a way to provide for themselves. I believe that if they practice and learn new skills that is can help there culture and community.
