can anyone tellme how Collegial Model management structures affect day to day work in a organization?

Well, tyrants don't exist, and if they come in and start bossing, they are in for a surprise: The collegial model depends on all the employees accepting shared decision making, and decisions are the results of consensus. It does diffuse responsibility, but it also makes all workers responsible. (In theory). It takes time sometimes to make changes, because everybody has to get onboard. Sometimes it is like a preschool classroom with no teacher, but other times, it runs like clockwork. The model is not perfect, however, as in all organizational models, it can fail. There has to be a good system of checks and balances to insure it does not break down due to the incapactity of one person failing to do something important.
