Why do the control mechanisms have several intergation centers?

Julia, did you mean integration or interrogation?

The control systems are not simple, they are multilayered, multistepped, and operate by releasing hormones, enzymes, and bioactive substances sequentially in time as a control process. It is essential foor the control process to monitor at several steps simulanteously, and integrate the total results to keep the proceses stable. You would be wise to just pick one control system, and just look at the number of bioactive substances that are used in a single control system. Examples: Follicle stimulatintg hormone, Hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis, and many, many others.

Thank you bobpursly You were a great help.
