mi cuarto esta calor, = calor is the noun for "heat" and "caliente" is the adjective for hot/warm. está caliente = is warm?
no megusta la servicia, = get a good paperback dictionary, English--->Spanish/Spanish --->English and look up the word for "service" = el servicio
esta en mi piso = if the subject is plural (and it is here), so is the verb! están
Todo está (accent / esta is "this" and está is the verb "is")
Señor = tilde. Do not capitalize "Drogadictos" = they are not bothering you? No lo molestan.
