if you go on google it will have cool pictures of sea life. In the back round that would look cool. You can also add bubbles and stuff like that. Bottles? Treasure? There are lots of things you can use for it. sponge (little cut up peices) tin foil for treasure, little peices of fabric...for the back you could get a big peice of paper and cut it into strips. Colour each strip a different shade of blue and arranges them as the water.
