How do i write an equation in point slope form of a line that passes through (6,5) and has a x intercept of -3...also how do i make it into slope intercept form

the x-intercept of -3 corresponds to the point (-3,0)

so the slope is (5-0)/(6+3) = 5/9

then
y - 5 = (5/9)(x-6)
9y - 45 = 5x - 30

9y = 5x + 15
y = (5/9)x + 15/9
y = (5/9)x + 5/3
