i'm totally drawing a blank here or i'm just thinking too hard but please tell me or explain what are document designs and where can i get them and this is for business thanks

Document designs must be referring to how various documents are set up -- how a business letter is set up differently from an interoffice memorandum, how a resume is different from an invoice, etc.

You can get templates for all sorts of business documents. If you are using Microsoft Office, many are available within the program (go to File | New and a Templates section should show up in the right-hand column), and others are available via http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx

There are also websites like this one:

Scroll down until you find the type of document you want, and Purdue's website will tell you how to set it up, etc.

Document designs refer to the visual layout and structure of various business documents such as presentations, reports, letters, brochures, and invoices. A well-designed document helps convey information effectively, enhances professionalism, and improves the overall communication and branding of a business.

To get document designs for your business, you have several options:

1. Templates from Office Software: Popular office tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs provide a range of pre-designed templates that you can customize for your specific needs. These templates often include professional layouts, color schemes, fonts, and placeholders for text and images.

2. Online Marketplaces: There are many online platforms that offer a wide selection of professionally designed templates for various business documents. Websites like Envato Elements, GraphicRiver, and Canva offer templates for presentations, brochures, business cards, and more. These templates are usually customizable, allowing you to add your own content and branding elements.

3. Graphic Design Software: If you have design skills or access to graphic design software, you can create custom document designs tailored specifically to your business requirements. Applications like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva Pro offer extensive design capabilities and flexibility.

4. Freelance Designers: Hiring a freelance graphic designer or a design agency can provide you with personalized and unique document designs that align with your business identity. Platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr allow you to find and collaborate with professional designers.

Remember to consider your branding elements such as logo, colors, and typography when selecting or creating document designs. Consistency across different documents will help establish a strong visual identity for your business.
