I think the answer is "no". If so, it is a very stupid riddle. Look at the last line.
When looking at a riddle, you have to "think outside the box" and look at each line for clues. Try to solve each line as you read it.
In the first line, "I turn polar bears white," what would turn a polar bear white? You need to know more about polar bears to answer that. So go on to the next line -- "and I will make you cry." What makes people cry? Sad stories, pain, teasing, and maybe happiness. Would any of those also make polar bears white? Hmmm. Probably not.
Go on to the next line and try to solve that. When you have several possible solutions, try each one on each line. One should fit. Then you will have found the solution to the riddle.
As to this one, hmmmmm, Polar bears are white because they need to blend in with the snow and ice. The sun will make you cry, the wind can make guys have to pee and mess a girl's hair. Celebreties look stupid in high wind or sunshine. Pancakes turn brown from heat. Champaign (notice spelling) bubbles because of chemicals under highlow pressure, puff balls will pop, and if you look at the sun, you'll possibly pop. So far, most of the possible solutions deal with weather or nature. That's the best I can do with the time I have available. Keep perservering and you will surely discover the answer. THEN you can crow loudly. :O)
