The label on a fertilizer says "ammonium phosphate, muriate of potash, sulfate of potash, and manganese oxide." Is this a mixture, solution or a compound? I don't think it could be a solution, but I'm not sure if it'd be a mixture or a compound-Thank you.

Overall it's a mixture.

Like table salt is a mixture [NaCl and KCl] it's the components of the mixture that are compounds but not the overall contents.

If you put peas and beans in a bowl that's a mixture but peas and beans are made up of lots of different chemical elements but it's still a mixture of peas and beans.

I hope that helps
