GPE = MASS X GRAVITY X HEIGHT GRAVITY IS ALWAYS 10 M/S 2 (SQUARED)
KE = 1/2 X MASS X SPEED 2 (SQUARED)


I am uncertain what your question is.

As a matter of interest, the value of 10m/s^2 for the acceleration of gravity is in error, in fact, it is never that value, but is less. It varies by height from the center of earth also, but for small height changes one may assume it is constant.

g= GravitationalConstant*MassEarth/distance^2

where distance is the radius of the Earth plus the altitude of the object. For the surface of the Earth, g is nearly always equal to 9.8m/s^2, with very slight variations.
