As a side note, the city I live in, Changhua, has the tallest Buddha statue in Southeast Asia.

I correct myself. It's not the tallest in SE Asia. I didn't think it was when I wrote that, but there was one site that said it was. I decided to investigate it further. Oh well...mistakes happen :)

It is 22 meters tall, though. So it's pretty impressive.
