The circulatory and respiratory systems work together to perform a very important job. In three to five sentences, construct a summary of how they interact.

Can someone please help me, I have been stuck on this for over a hour and I hate to cheat but I need a good grade.
Thank you!

The Respiratory system allows the entry of oxygen into the body and releases Carbon Dioxide. The Oxygen travels across lung tissue into blood vessels and the blood carries the oxygen around the body. Thus the Respiratory and Circulatory systems work together in gas exchange which is vital in Homeostasis.

@ Joe bama bin lying
I hope this helps with your question

The Circulatory and Respiratory Systems work together when the person is breathing. They are connected only because the Respiratory System is the lungs. The lungs "feed" air for the whole body. The Circulatory System is where the heart is placed. When your body takes in a breath the air expands your lungs outward and also it removes the co2, after the lungs expand the heart starts pumping , when it does this the blood starts to flow to the body which helps everything do what it needs to do. Let's say the heart did not have any air or blood coming in and out of it, when in that case the heart would start beating erratically and after some time it would die. And are you in connexus?

Compare hypertonic, hypotonic, and isotonic solutions. When an environment is hypotonic, what happens to the cell?

The cell has more solute, so solvent moves from outside the cell to inside, causing the cell to swell.

Which process is shown in the image?
endocytosis

For what kind of external environment is a saltwater fish adapted?
hypertonic environment

The genetic material of the eukaryotic cell is stored inside which organelle?
nucleus

Which of the following best describes the function of the ribosomes in eukaryotic cells?
decodes the sequence of bases on the mRNA and then creates specific proteins

What is the unique function of central vacuoles in a plant cell?
they store water

Which type of cells have a high concentration of mitochondria?
heart cells

Plants prefer hypotonic environments because
the excess water that enters the cell allows the central vacuole to maintain turgor pressure.

The nervous system is responsible for
receiving and processing stimuli from the body.

Which is the function of the esophagus?
connect the mouth with the stomach

Summarize the functions of the nervous system.
The nervous system controls the digestive system by sending signals to the stomach, telling it to contract and digest food.

Which animal is often used to model human body systems?
pig

Compare types of models. Which model best illustrates the formation of blood cells?
computer-generated model

In 3-5 sentences, describe the human respiratory system and its functions.
The network of organs and tissues that help you breathe. It includes your airways, lungs and blood vessels. The muscles that power your lungs are also part of the respiratory system. These parts work together to move oxygen throughout the body and clean out waste gases like carbon dioxide.

Here are the answers to the Cells and Body System Unit test for Pearson Connexus (Biology A) {written answers and all}
I got 100% Please enjoy your A and re-word if you'd like :)
