You correctly identified sentences 2, 5, and 6 as fragments. Here's how you can correct them:

1. Sentence 2: "One of the most decorated gymnasts in recent history." This is a fragment because it lacks a subject. To correct it, you can combine it with sentence 1: "Simone Biles is one of the most decorated gymnasts in recent history."

2. Sentence 5: "She began imitating the moves of the gymnasts." This is a fragment because it lacks a main verb. To correct it, you can combine it with sentence 4: "At age 6 during a school field trip, she began imitating the moves of the gymnasts."

3. Sentence 6: "Which caught the attention of a gym instructor." This is a fragment because it lacks a subject and a main verb. To correct it, you can combine it with sentence 4: "At age 6 during a school field trip, she began imitating the moves of the gymnasts, which caught the attention of a gym instructor."

By making these corrections, the revised paragraph becomes:

(1) Simone Biles is a 4’8’’ gymnast superstar and one of the most decorated gymnasts in recent history.
(2) She is rightly dubbed by peers and Olympic legends as “the most talented gymnast of all-time."
(3) Simone discovered gymnastics at age 6 during a school field trip and began imitating the moves of the gymnasts, which caught the attention of a gym instructor.
(4) In 2016, she led the US Olympics women’s gymnastics team at the 2016 Rio Olympics where they dominated.
(5) She is the first female African-American to be an all-around world champion and has won four Olympic gold medals.

Note: Sentence 7 can also be revised for clarity, as it repeats "2016" twice.
