Is 3:1:1 hexane/acetone/acetic acid a more polar or non-polar solvent?

more polar or non-polar solvent than what?

3:1:1 hexane/acetone/acetic acid would be considered quite a polar solvent mix.

But as DrBob says more polar than with what?
