Whar is the name of the process by which hrat energy is tranferred through the walls of the house ?

Conduction, convection, and radiation are the three ways energy is transferred. Look up each in your text/notes/dictionary and make your choice.

Here is my answer to another similar post.

Since this is not my area of expertise, I searched Google under the key words "heat convection" to get these possible sources:

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.

The name of the process by which heat energy is transferred through the walls of a house is conduction. Conduction is the transfer of heat from a hotter object to a colder object through direct contact. In the context of a house, heat is conducted through the walls when there is a temperature difference between the inside and outside, and the heat energy flows from the warmer side to the cooler side. This can occur through solid materials such as the insulation, bricks, or wood used in the construction of the walls. Heat conduction can be influenced by factors such as the thickness and conductivity of the wall material.
