    Just think about these answers.
    You KNOW 4 can't be right. If a hypothesis were always true why would we need to test it?
    You KNOW 3 can't be right. If it's a fact we already know the answer.
    2. You KNOW 2 can't be right. We can test almost anything.
    So what what does that leave you with? Look up the definition of hypothesis. 1 is the best choice of the 4 listed. Right?
