Can smebody expain how 27*10^-12 become 2.7*10^-8?
when you shift the decimal point to the left (divide by 10) you must raise the power by 1 (multiply by 10) to leave the value unchanged
270*10^-13
27*10^-12
2.7*10^-11
0.27*10^-10
etc.
