Julia measured the high temperature in her town for one week. Using the chart above, find the mean absolute deviation for the high temperatures. Round your answer to the nearest tenth. Be sure to show your work for finding: the mean of the set of data distance of each number from the mean the mean absolute deviation

Is this even right I need an explanation cause it's due today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:I

Firstly you are going to add all the temperatures up to get 329. then you will divide that by 7 to equal 47 then you will subtract 47 from all the temperatures (the negative ones turn positive so if you subtract 47-46 and the answer is -1 you turn it to 1) then you add all of the answers that you subtracted from the temperatures together. To get 30 then you divide 30/7 to equal 4.285 but then you round up to 42

Sorry if that made no sense I don’t know how to explain it any clearer

42

does anyone know the expansion for the answer?

how the heck did i get 0
