    27 divided by 6 is 4, and then there are three left out of 6...
    that is 3/6 turned into a decimal number...

    And #9 would be C?

  7. For #10 check how many times you would move the decimal from 5.12 back to where it is in the original question. The number of movements will tell you the exponent.
