Which ones are good to use?
I wouldn't use any of them. I'd use these, although they aren't identical in meaning:
Write the names of things in English. (This means students are to write the names of things they know about or have.)
Write the names of these items in English. (This assumes there are several items displayed for students to see and identify.)
Write about these/those things in English. (This means students are to describe some items, perhaps those displayed on a table or in a room or outside but visible.)
