This week’s reading lessons will help me personally, professionally, and/or academically for many reasons. I will be able to write more effectively which in turn will allow me to have effective communitarians skills. My reading comprehension will improve enabling me to increase my focus. I will have the skills necessary to advance my career and stand out in a positive way.
Looks good. However, I think there's a better word choice than communitarian. Google it to find out its meaning.
Communicating skills is probably better.
