Ozone is known to cause respiratory problems in humans and to damage plants. However, the ozone layer also protects Earth. Explain the locations ozone can be found, how ozone is helpful, how it is harmful, and what causes the depletion of the ozone layer.

please help. please make it simple and 2-4 sentences

The ozone layer is found in the stratosphere. Ozone helps by filtering out harmful ultraviolet radiation so the radiation doesn't harm humans. Ozone is harmful when a human inhales it causes chest pain and damages the lungs. The presence of chlorine-containing source gases (primarily CFCs and related halocarbons). In the presence of UV light, these gases dissociate, releasing chlorine atoms, which then go on to initiate ozone destruction. (Sorry if it's too long but your teacher will think you know your stuff you might get a good grade!)

Thank you soo much that is what i was looking for!!

No problem!

Ozone is primarily found in two locations: at ground level, where it is harmful to humans and plants, and in the stratosphere, where it forms the ozone layer which is beneficial for Earth. At ground level, ozone can cause respiratory problems and damage plants. The depletion of the ozone layer is primarily caused by the release of certain chemicals, such as chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), which break down ozone molecules in the stratosphere.
