Hi, I'm back. I've studied music theory so I can certainly help you out.

For the first question, it may help to take a minor scale (like maybe the A minor scale because it has no sharps or flats) and just work out the whole steps and half steps from there.

For the second question, remember what flats and sharps are. Flats lower a note by a half step while sharps raise a note by a half-step. There's also double flats and double sharps, but that's a different story...

For #3, it may help to hear a song in a minor scale and compare it to a song in a major scale. See what emotions you get from each one.

For #4, I don't see any diagrams. Could you tell us what notes the scale has?
