What is the Circumference in MM for a vinegar egg

If you've done the experiment and know what s/he's asking, sure, go ahead and give him the hint s/he needs.

Yeah I've done the experiment, and I'm just going to do instructions. So it depends on what size egg you are using so what I did was I got a piece of ribbon (that is big enough for the egg) and a sharpie. You have to get the ribbon and measure it around the side middle of the egg, and if the ribbon touches itself, then grab the sharpie and make a line where it exactly starts touching itself. Then grab a tape measure and see what it is. And if you don't know whats millimeters are on tape measures then look online. And there you got your answer. And if you are struggling to do that, don't look online because people are using different size eggs or they are doing the measuring wrong. Just ask a parent/Guardian for help.

Is that a small egg, a medium sized egg, a jumbo egg? Just what? and knowing that an egg is elliptical, which circumference do you want?

Are you doing that rubber egg experiment? And if you are, DrBob222 could i tell him or does he have to figure it out on his own?

To find the circumference of a vinegar egg in millimeters, you will need to measure its diameter. The diameter is the distance across the widest part of the egg, passing through its center. Once you have the diameter, you can use the formula for the circumference of a circle to calculate it. The formula is:

Circumference = π x Diameter

First, you need to find the diameter of the vinegar egg by measuring it with a ruler or a digital caliper. Place the ruler or caliper across the widest part of the egg, making sure it goes through the center. Record the measurement in millimeters.

Next, you can calculate the circumference using the formula mentioned above. The value of π (pi) is approximately 3.14159.

Circumference = π x Diameter

Substitute the measured diameter into the formula and multiply it by π. The resulting value will be the circumference of the vinegar egg in millimeters.

For example, if the diameter of the vinegar egg is 50 mm:
Circumference = 3.14159 x 50
Circumference ≈ 157.0795 mm

Therefore, the circumference of the vinegar egg is approximately 157.0795 millimeters.
