Why is it possible to find fossilized sharks teeth near the city of Macon, which is located along the Fall Line in central Georgia, far away from the Atlantic

Ocean?

A) Native Americans who Ived near the Ocmulgee Mounds and sharks teeth, dispersing them throughout Georgia.

B) Due to the navigable rivers in the coastal plain region, sharks are able to swim as far north as the fall line, which results in people finding their teeth
nearnvers south of the fall line.

C) Fossilized sharks' teeth can be found in the area because Macon is in on the Fall Line, which was the prehistoric coastline in south Georgia was
covered by the ocean

D) Early settlers in Macon migrated from the coastal areas of Georgia bringing sharks teeth with them that they wore Jewelry and used in decorations

I am doing the test right now and Iโ€™m stuck on this question does anyone know the answer??? Please help me I need to get a better grade in Georgia history

This may not help but I THINK it is C. Macon is in the costal plains, and from what I remember the costal plains were once a (or under) a prehistoric ocean. Again this may not be right.

if you on USATestPrep for this question I think its C) fossilized or B) Due to the Navigable, But most likely I think its C. #hopeimcorrect.
