Since the changes in x and y seem to be one and negative one from point to point I suspect a straight line ofslope - 1
when x = 1 y is 3
so try
y = -1 x + b
3 = -1 + b
b = 4
so maybe y = -x + 4
for a check pick a random point from your list maybe (5 , -1)
then y = -5 + 4 = -1 , sure enough !
