Finally, I assume that is HNO3 and not HNO. Here is how you do the problem. You find the mols of acid 1, add that to the mols of acid 2, then divide by the total volume 9 (in liters) to find the final M.

molsacid 2 = M x L = ?
total mols = mols acid 1 + mols acid 2
total volume = L acid 1 + L acid 2.
M = total mols/total L = ?
