Two cell phone companies have different rate plans. Runfast has monthly charges $8 plus $8 per gig of data. B A &D’s monthly charge is $15 plus $4 per gig of data. Your task, is to determine under what circumstances each company has the better pricing. You will derive and solve a set of equations, graph those equations, and evaluate the meanings for these events.

My equations, that I came up with.

Runfast = 8g + 8
BA*&D'S = 4g + 15
For my subisitution method
8g + 8 = 4g + 15
8 - 4 = 4
4g + 8 = 15
15 - 8 = 7
7/4
4g is less than 7/4
The thing is I'm having trouble graphing this. I'm confused on how I can graph 7/4.

just draw the two lines as normal

Note where they intersect.
where one line is below the other, that is where it has the better price.
