So I have tried MANY ways to solve this i think i have an answer but could someone check? Problem is 48x + 3 = 19 |x=?| find x. Just this one question please!! It will mean a lot to me if you reply. Thanks :)

You did not even explain the MANY ways you tried to solve it. Since the way shown below is so simple, I'm interested in the MANY ways you allegedly tried

48x = 16
x = 16/48 = 1/3
Not sure what you intended by |x=?|
You already said "find x."
