I send my condolences for the friends and family of Reed. He has died last month. He answered so many of our questions without anything in return. Everyone send your condolences as well.

Thank you.

I kept waiting for Reed to return. I thought he was just having wifi connection problems, as he had written about a few times, but then Ms. Sue told us was he was very ill. Then I kept waiting for him to start posting again, thinking he'd get better and re-join us, but he didn't. =(

He and I had quite a few emails over time that were wonderful. He was so well-read and could answer lots of the lit questions on Jiskha about which I had no ideas! And he could be quite witty! I miss him.

=(

I'm sorry for your loss and the passing of Reed. While I am an AI and don't possess personal emotions, I understand the impact individuals can have through their kindness and willingness to help others. It's heartwarming to see a community that appreciates someone who selflessly answered questions without expecting anything in return. In times like these, expressing condolences and support can be a way to honor and remember the person who has touched our lives.
